"I was extremely impressed with the customer service at the time of the sale. My Ranger XP was serviced and clean when it was delivered. I made the trip from Beaumont, Texas with the intention of picking up my Ranger on my existing trailer, well, the trailer was too small. Gene's lent me a trailer and then met me at the facility the next day (Sunday)so that I could return the trailer. Thats going the extra mile for the customer. Unfortunately I can't say much about the service, I became ill and was unable to use the vehicle for several months so the service is just now coming due. You can bet I will use Gene's Service Dept.

"Just a quick note to let everyone know what a great time my family and riding group (Texas ATVs) had at the jamboree. I hope you will continue to have these types of event as I am sure the crowds will grow with each event. In my opinion it was a frist class event with a great group. I have to give props for sticking to the plan and giving the ATV away even with the lower than expected numbers. Those of us who have been in the ATV community have seen sponsors back out at the event due to lower participation. The sponsor would withdraw the ATV. This gives them and the sport a bad name.
By going the route Gene's did I an certian the next event will be way larger with more participation. I still expect to win the mud bog, even though it will be on a Acrtic Cat. (Laughing).
Jeff Bordener (Winner of the Polaris 450) told me the dealership is first class all the way around and if I were in the market for a bike they should be my first stop. I will take that advice and contact the dealership within the next few weeks.

"This is a really first-class dealership. They are great folks to deal with, and we consider them personal friends, not just our dealer.
Note that I listed service as a 4-star not a 5-star. I did that intentionally. If you deal with a company often enough, there will be a problem. It is how a dealership handles problems that separates the MEN from the boys. We had a problem and we sat down with the folks at Gene's and the took care of us and turned what was a problem into a major positive.
We recommend these folks without reservation. We own 4 Victory motorcycles. We did not buy them all here, but we wish we had, and we bring them all here for service.
Gene and Brian and David and all the rest are just good folks to work with. Buy your bikes, or your other powersports equipment from them. I really feel that you won't be disappointed.
